There is a specific way an Ayahuasca shaman suggests to prepare for Ayahuasca ceremony, called the Ayahuasca dieta or diet. An Ayahuasca shaman suggests using the ayahuasca dieta for two to four weeks in preparation for an Ayahuasca ceremony. For the duration of your stay with us we will provide a delicious and traditional Ayahuasca dieta.
